Countless souls have left us today, both in Iraq and the Gulf Coast of the US. Let us honor their memory with a new kind of world in which violence and reckless consumption are replaced with deep compassion and respect for human life and Creation.

Let us build the dead a memorial on every square inch of the Earth, and hope that they find our work to be a suitable acknowledgement of Grace.
